Welcome to Huminz. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Huminz platform.
Huminz provides a platform for creating, storing, and sharing personal stories and life narratives.
You retain full ownership of your content.
By using Huminz, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely to operate the service.
Your data is used only to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for what you share and with whom.
Once shared, content may be copied or redistributed by others. Huminz is not responsible for such use.
The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or reliability.
You should maintain your own backups.
Huminz is not liable for:
You may delete your content at any time.
Deleted content may remain in backups temporarily.
You are responsible for managing access to your account.
Huminz does not guarantee account access to third parties, including family members.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Huminz offers Sign in with Google as a way to create an account and sign in without managing a separate password. Signing in is the only purpose for which Huminz requests access to your Google Account.
If you choose it, Google shares the following with Huminz:
Huminz uses this information solely to create your account, recognise you when you return, and contact you about your own stories. Huminz does not request or receive access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service, and never reads from or writes to your Google Account. You can use Huminz without Google Sign-In by registering with an email address and password instead.
We only share data:
Huminz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information received from Google Sign-In is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to third parties except as required to operate your account or comply with the law.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is fully secure.
